The United Arab Emirates is targeting Indian investors with a dedicated property showcase in Hyderabad, India. Scheduled for October 31 to November 1, 2026, the two-day event will take place at JRC Conventions and Trade Fairs and is co-organised by The Times of India Group and UAE-based Global Edge Advertisements.
Government Support and Participation
Support for the showcase comes from the Dubai Land Department (DLD) and several land authorities across the Northern Emirates. Senior government representatives, developers, banking partners, and real estate experts are expected to participate. This broad participation aims to offer direct engagement opportunities for potential investors.
Nouf Khalid Saleh Humaid, Media Section Manager at the Marketing and Communications Department of the DLD, highlighted Dubai’s sustained appeal. “Dubai’s real estate sector continues to strengthen its position as a leading global investment destination, supported by a transparent and well-regulated market, advanced digital services, diverse investment opportunities and growing confidence among investors worldwide,” Humaid stated.

She added that the DLD’s focus remains on cultivating an investor-friendly real estate ecosystem that facilitates informed decisions and supports Dubai’s long-term growth. The event will host the India-UAE Real Estate Forum, convening senior government officials and industry leaders to discuss the UAE’s evolving setting, regulatory framework, and broader investment environment.
Key topics slated for discussion include freehold ownership, leasehold structures, long-term residency options such as the Golden Visa, property financing solutions, and the measures implemented by UAE authorities to ensure transparency, uphold quality standards, and maintain investor confidence across the sector.
Tailored for Hyderabad and Telangana
Humaid further emphasised the role of such platforms in enhancing investor awareness and confidence by providing access to detailed information and a clearer understanding of Dubai’s regulatory environment. She noted their importance in deepening engagement with key international markets like India and supporting sustainable, long-term investment relationships.

Indian investors have historically played a significant role in the growth and diversification of the UAE’s real estate market. This sustained interest reflects the strong economic and investment ties between the two nations, coupled with Dubai’s stature as an attractive destination for investment, business, and long-term growth. The showcase specifically targets investors from Hyderabad and the wider Telangana region.
Officials have identified the area as one of India’s rapidly expanding technology and wealth hubs, noting that it is home to a substantial non-resident Indian population with a tradition of investing in UAE real estate. For the people attending this exhibition in Hyderabad, the immediate practical result is a physical space where complex paperwork regarding freehold titles and Golden Visa eligibility can be reviewed side-by-side with developers. Rather than relying on distant brochures or secondhand information, attendees will have the chance to speak directly with banking partners and DLD representatives, potentially streamlining the process of moving funds and securing property in Dubai.
